The State of start-up Governance in New Zealand
In June 2023 OnBoard ran a public survey to canvas ‘what’s going on’ in start-up boardrooms across New Zealand. We received responses from 111 founders, directors and executives.
This included people from all the major venture funds, angel associations and leaders from start-ups of varying sizes; which we believe is a good representation of the breadth of experiences taking place.
This report is the first of its kind locally, and we are delighted to be sharing our findings with you.
